Evening primrose oil helps prevent hangovers. Take two teaspoons.

The Perfect Long Island Iced Tea

Too many people mess around with my favorite drink of all time. The trick is in the ingredients.

Try this out;

Ice – Naturally
1/2 oz GOOD Tequila – 1800 or Patron
1/2 oz GOOD Rum – I like Bermudes or Brugal (Dominican)
1/2 oz Vodka (too many decent vodkas to choose from)
1/2 oz Decent Gin – Beefeater’s or Tanqueray (no rotgut!)
1/2 oz Triple Sec (this stuff is disgusting by itself but necessary)
Splash of Sour Mix (lemon and simple syrup)
Splash of Coke, not Pepsi

Don’t shake it up as just a simple spin of a straw will do.

NOW STOP MESSING WITH THIS DRINK – PLEASE!
