Diggin’ the Cabo Wabo
This is really a good tequila.

The Perfect Long Island Iced Tea
Too many people mess around with my favorite drink of all time. The trick is in the ingredients.
Try this out;
- Ice – Naturally
- 1/2 oz GOOD Tequila – 1800 or Patron
- 1/2 oz GOOD Rum – I like Bermudes or Brugal (Dominican)
- 1/2 oz Vodka (too many decent vodkas to choose from)
- 1/2 oz Decent Gin – Beefeater’s or Tanqueray (no rotgut!)
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec (this stuff is disgusting by itself but necessary)
- Splash of Sour Mix (lemon and simple syrup)
- Splash of Coke, not Pepsi
Don’t shake it up as just a simple spin of a straw will do.
